Haiyoru! Nyaruani episode 1-11 batch

I said we\'d get a Haiyoru batch out soon, and batch we did.
What we\'ve got included:
-Font edited to match later episodes
-Names have been fixed to match localizations
-Missing lines/fonts fixed
-Updated karaoke for older episodes
-Separate ED

There\'s an error on episode 6 with Cthuko\'s lines right before the \"___ days until the downfall of mankind\" part.
How about all 12 episodes in one file and offer an AVI version.
